I need some information if anyone knows if Atlassian provides customized packages for JSM?
We are currently a very small company and are using the free cloud JSM tool however ONLY require 6 more agent licenses
another question I have - are customers able to export reports from the Service Management on ALL tasks/tickets that have been raised by everyone?
I am not sure what you would expect from a "package".
Jira, off-the-shelf, expects you to create projects for yourself, and configure them to meet your needs. The project templates do all that work for you, but they can't know what you want want to do with them, so they ask for minimal information and create a generic project in a certain style (for JSM, the projects handling change, incident, problem etc are to ITIL standards)
Customers by default can only see the requests they raise, but you can group customers into organisations and let everyone from an organisation see other requests from people in that organisation.
