Is there anyway to remove or add topics under the "Contact Us About" on the portal homepage?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
On the customer portal, what appears under the Contact us about are groups of request types.
It’s possible to delete or add more groups.
If it’s a company-managed project, go to Project settings > Portal settings > Portal groups.
If it’s a team-managed project, this configuration is directly in the portal. So, click on the desired project and click on Customize > Request type groups.
