I have created a new JSM Project for a particularly high-value client that we want to silo the support we offer their staff members away from our general support project.
The customer list for the new project is populated with the customer list of the support project (but without the organisations)
I did not link the new project to the general project during the creation.
Is it possible to have multiple projects with different customer lists?
Hi Scott:
Yes, you can change the Customer permissions configuration for the specific project to "Customer added by agents and admins" option (see image below)
By doing so, only the user (customers) added to your project's Service Desk Customers role can see the project in the Portal UI. Other customers who can access your portal but not included in your specific project, they will not be able to interact with your specific project because they will not be able to see it.
