1. Customers/Users having trouble finding people to CC in CC field.
Is there a reason for this? We have Jira Users and JSM Customers whom have access to all portals/projects. Though, sometimes both of these user types cannot find all of our company users to choose from to cc. What are potential reasons for this (list a few please)?.
2. Some Customers/Users are able to use the "Raise a request on behalf of" field in a request , where others cannot. What are potential reasons for this (list a few please)?.
