we would like to implement the following with the customer portal, I hope you can help me.
We have the customer portal where the customers can create ticket. All users with the same domain are in one organization. Currently all users in the organization can see all tickets in the organization.
However, we would like to have it set up like this: Once, employees of a customer in an organization should only be able to see the tickets they create. Then, the boss in the organization should be able to see all tickets created in the organization.

This is not native functionality of organizations, so you could try a workaround with additional configuration.
I would suggest creating an automation rule where you add the manager as request participant when an issue is created with a certain organization.
