could you please advise what to do to contact Jira tech crew to fix this problem - Customer Portal stopped showing task description.. Again..

What do you mean with the Task description? (your screenshots shows a lot of things and no highlighting or anything).
Also if this happened before what fixed it last time? Do you have any addblockers enabled maybe?
