Hi JIRA team,
one of our customers posed a question about whether the default view of tickets opened on their project can be adjusted in the Customer Portal. Currently they see all tickets opened by themselves, however they'd also like to include tickets in the status Done - waiting for customer's approval.
They have to manually select all the other statuses they might want to see every time they check, so my question is - is this adjustable per customer somewhere? Can they save the settings they'd like to see?
