in JIRA we are running 3 Service Desks. I needed to change the names. By two everything run OK. Third project I changed name and also customer portal name and description. It seems in projects settings all fields are changed, BUT in customer portal (help centre) still remains old name and description. Refresh (cash) or access from another site/computer does not help.
Any ideas what I can do please?
