Customer portal - renaming & issue

Hi all,

in JIRA we are running 3 Service Desks. I needed to change the names. By two everything run OK. Third project I changed name and also customer portal name and description. It seems in projects settings all fields are changed, BUT in customer portal (help centre) still remains old name and description. Refresh (cash) or access from another site/computer does not help.

Any ideas what I can do please?

So you were successful in changing two portal names but not the third? I assume you changed the name under project settings > portal settings and not the project name under project settings > details.

Hi Jack,

the name of project itself was changed succesfully. I mentioned name and description in customer portal's view. 

Project settings / portal settings.

I can see in settings menu new name and description but not vissible in customer portal website.
