Hi there,
is there a proper definition, when exactly a project is shown in the <popular widget> or when a request type is shown in the <recent widget> of the customer portal?
Whe have several projects in one jira instance (for company internal use), and every user should see all projects in the portal und should be able to choose the correct project - but that's not possible, when the popular widget in the customer portal not show every projcect for every user at any time.
Thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Wolfgang
The only way to show all projects under popular is to create activities on these new projects so they appear under popular,
The purpose of popular is to only show the projects that are highly active so users can reach there with ease.
We created a new app called Tinker for JSD, it gives a better look and and feel for JSD server portal and it is currently listed with an encouraging price. Give it a try if you want.
I will add this feature into our pipeline since we are looking for new ideas to better Tinker JSD server to better match company needs
