I have some Confluence pages available on our Customer Portal to provide advice and information to customers, however this morning those pages are no longer available, and I am getting this instead.
Has their been a change of permissions relating to the Customer Portal?
Hi @Emma Hamlin Do you get this error message when searching via the search bar? Are you the only user with the issue? Are the pages still accessible in Confluence directly (for users with a license)?
As a side note: By coincidence, we just experienced the same error on one of our client's cloud sites, so there may be an issue at Atlassian. Does the URL also look out of sync on that page?

It works if I use the search bar and it is all users I have asked (so far) who have the issue.
The pages are available in Confluence
You are right about the URL - it does look odd from the link but normal from the search bar.
Many thanks
Emma

As you are on a standard plan, I would definitely submit a support request with Atlassian directly in this case, just to know why this behavior is suddenly occurring.
