Customer portal email notifications - automated responses

We are having problems preventing customers from responding to email notifications. Is there any way to set up an automated response from the Atlassian email account to inform customers that the email account is not monitored and they won't receive a reply?

We include a line confirming this in the template, but it doesn't stop people from doing it.

Also, is there any way to see any responses that have been sent to the Atlassian email address?
