Customer portal - Show any status under requests by default

Hi guys,

I want to change the customer side requests table to show requests in any status by default rather than showing only open requests.

Customers sometimes need to get resources or refer back to closed cases and for whatever reason sometimes they're stumped when they get to that screen and don't see what they're looking for right away.
