Customer cannot access the portal and getting the error as specified in below screenshot.
Also, when I checked the project, customer permission is ok.
Also, please find the project role, where Yui pang (user facing issue) is added as Service desk customer. Also project browse permission screenshot is attached here

What are the other "Service desk customer - portal access" permissions in the project? This access should be on nearly every permission.
Try opening an existing issue and using the Admin > Permission helper
Is the user able to Create Issues, Edit Issues etc.
Other than that the permissions look okay. Are the others listed in the Service Desk Customers Role having issues?
