Customer doesn’t get my respons

If I reply to customers, they don’t get a respnse. I have tried everything regarding notifications already.

Hi Aschwin, welcome to the Community. You indicate you have tried everything but can you elaborate? Can you check the following:

  1. Verify that you are making a Public and not internal comment
  2. verify that the Project settings > Customer Notifications > Public comment added is enabled
  3. verify that the reporter is a customer only and not also an agent
