A customer has opened an issue in Jira Service Management, but is unable to attach images. What he says is "It was a normal window box asking me to browse file or drag and drop any file in the box".

By using the Browse file you can attach Image too.
If it doesn't work kindly add the screenshot for better understanding.

Click on the Browse tab and upload the Image file as well. It will support both attachments in PDF, Word as well as Image formats. Is there any issues while uploading the image?

I am having this same issue with not being able to attach images in the description field and attachment field. Did you get a solution? I've have tried png and jpg files.
