I've created a customer and she can't access. I created a new customer with her personal email and she don't have problems.
Please I need a solution.

Is the format from her first e-mail (the one that is not working) a recognized e-mail format by JIRA? If it is not recognized it will not allow access to the portal.

It was recognized, even she used the "reset password" link and reseted the password, but she can't enter to the SD portal.
