we have encountered a problem with Jira Customer Service Desks:
When trying to view an existing ticket using Firefox, the browser loads forever and does never display the ticket.
This problem did not occur before, however we cannot identify since when it occurs.
We could reproduce the problem on Windows 10 and Windows 11.
We could reproduce the problem with Firefox 94.0.2 and 95.0 (both 64-bit).
We can NOT reproduce the problem with Edge or Chrome on the same devices.
We could reproduce the problem in a Firefox Instance without extensions and plugins and with the default theme.
We could reproduce the problem with multiple users.
We could reproduce the problem on multiple devices.
Interestingly, we could not reproduce the problem in Firefox Safe Mode.
However, I do not know the difference between Safe Mode and a clean instance (as described above)
When loooking in the network tab of the developer tools, it appears as some GET requests (including the main document) are never answered.
How do I proceed with finding the cause?
