We are currently exploring the AI features in JSM enabled directly by Atlassian.
One feature which is- based on the below Atlassian articles below- released already is the customer sentiment analysis:
How can we show and analyze customer sentiment on issues? Do you know about any How To or video material or any other reference that explains this feature in more dept?
Couldn't find any further official information from Atlassian so far.
