Custom field to lookup asset attribute

Hi,

I am trying to create a custom field to lookup the attribute of an asset object, is this possible? 

Below is an extract of the asset data and i want a custom field that will lookup the incident severity when the business function and Name is selected in other custom fields 

I.e

Select business function = Claims
Select Category = Amazon Connect

Select Name = Access issues

Be offered incident Severity 3 or 4 

OR

Select business function = Sales
Select Category = Amazon Connect

Select Name = Access issues

Be offered incident Severity 1 or 2 

Ive got something wrong here as its displaying the name of the item in the custom field
