Custom field select multiple times one value

How would be possible to select one (same) value multiple times from a multi-select dropdown custom field?

Example: Spare part code. Sometimes we need to use 3 or 4 spare parts of one kind, and 2 spare parts second kind. We have 50+ spare parts kinds.

I do not think this is possible.

The only work around I can think of is incredibly demanding for manual set up. You can use the forms to set this up.

1. Create a drop-down with the Spare parts
2. For each spare part create a conditionally hidden section that will only show if selected in the multi-select drop-down
3. Create a number input that shows the spare part amount

I know this was not your request, but might work for someone.
