Custom automation doesn´t work properly

Hi there,

I have a question about setting Automation. After 14 days in Status "Done waiting for customer´s acceptance" we wanted issue to be transferred to the status "Done".  Do you have any idea why it doesn´t work like that?

Hello Natalie,

 

Is there a transition from  "Done waiting for customer´s acceptance" to "Done" in the workflow?

 

Do you get any errors? Or does nothing happen at all? Have you looked in the logs for that automation?

I´ve checked the workflow and you were correct. I put wrong index into the automation. Now it works correctly.
