Custom URL for the Atlassian Service Desk Portal

Is there any way other than masking to map the Atlassian service desk URL to a custom URL

Eg: https://mycompany.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

to

https://servicedesk.mycompany.com

Not at this time, it is being looked at to allow this tho.

At this time you can either:

- use an app like Refined, they host a seperate site/portal and that one you can mask

- set up a redirect dns, not perfect but atleast you can use the redirect in communications
