Good Morning,
I am hoping someone can help. I am creating a single long conditional form for multiple applications. We use conditional values to open up different sections of the form based on the application needing support and what that need is. Between sections, we build the conditions, but it is all in a single form. The form looks good and presents the appropriate options when navigating it, but only a few of the submitted requests make a story. Is there something I need to do to make this happen? I have associated the form to the issue type, so I am now at the limit of what I know.
Thank you
-M
Hi Michele,
Have you gotten any answer elsewhere on this? I am having a similar issue. The Form is actually just not submitting? Seems strange.
Nevermind! I accidentally had an incorrect condition.
For others - Make sure you have the summary available to all. Maybe description too? not sure on that one. But I had summary only for one group based on a condition. Whoops!
