I wonder if there is an option for simple integration two Jira versions (Service desk and Software). Server installations.
Case: I am a support engineer and I want to have a button in the issue screen in Service Desk to create a linked task in Jira Software. All required fields will be moved to the Software version.
Does it work in this way?
I would do this by worflow post functions if some of the the transitions is reached.
Not a bottom, but works.
The problem with jira server is that the copy fields option is not available in the last time i did it something similar for server.
