Hi,
I am trying to create a kanban (or kanban style board) to show a bucket view of the tickets raised in our service desk so I can use it to run through in team scrums, instead of the ticket list view.
Ideally it would split by status and have all the tickets listed under each status...
Sounds easy but all I can find is a report that shows me a number.. but I'd like the summary of the ticket to show under the status.
I tried to link Trello but that also isn't working...
Any help would be appreciated!
I do - but it didn't work...
Anyone know if you can connect trello and updates to tickets on a service desk can be automatically pushed through to a trello board? As it seems I can't figure out how do to this in Jira (or if it's possible!)
Thank you!
Hi Ellie,
Do you have a Jira Software license or just a Jira Sevice Management License? To create a Kanban board you would need a Jira Software license, then you can follow this:

Best,
Clark
