Can anyone tell me if this is possible?...We want to create a button / link etc. that can be used in service notification emails (major incidents etc.) which a user can use to inform us they are affected by a certain live issue. Ideally would like the user to be able to click on a button in the email, a ticket will be created and linked to a major incident record in Jira? I know you can do things with Issue collector but this looks like JavaScripting is required.
Hi @Jon Bowes
Wouldn't it be easier to direct the users to a specific Jira Service Management link?
For example, the direct link to raise the required ticket type, embedded as a hyperlink or similar?
