Create another field with a dropdown of versions?

Hello,

  I want to create a field that shows in what version a bug was found in. So, Fix Version is where it will be fixed and I'd like to add a Found Version field where the options are the available versions. Is that doable?

That is what the built-in Affects Version field is for!  But you can also add a "version picker" custom field too.
