Hi,
I have a project in Jira service desk.
On the board I configured that I will see only open issues so I wrote on the Kanban board sub-filter:
“Status not in Closed“ and it worked
Now I want to create a quick filter that will show me only the closed issues in the board
There is a way to create quick filter that isn't based on the sub-filter?
Thanks
Quick filters are for drilling-down - they don't add things to a board, they just search within the current content.
Thank you!
Yes I understand but my question is if there is a way to use JQL in the quick filter to ignore the sub-filter
