Create a parent and child hierarchy...?

Hi community,

I am playing around with CSV imports in Jira Insight, and I stumbled over the following document that describes configuring a parent / child hierarchy when importing:

however, the button described in Step 6 "A button to Create child mapping will appear under the attributes mapping. Select this and enter the following information:"

does not appear. Am I missing something, or is the document a little outdated?
