By using JIRA application, Is it possible for customer to access JIRA service project and can fill ticket fields by external QR code?
Unfortunately Jira cannot read QA codes and Addons for this feature is missing to Atlassian Marketplace.
Ad 3) GeoData for Jira addon is available only for Jira Data Center edition, not for Cloud.
