Create Button is Missing from the 'Create Issue' Screen

Hi Team,

We are missing the Create Button is Missing from the 'Create Issue' Screen. This was noticed at 1300 CST on Feb 29th, see the attached image.

I suspect that this create button is coming from an installed app within you instance, as its not an ootb function.

What app is it related to?

It also might be doing with an active incident that is still not closed.

This Create button is not a default one. Some apps have installed in your instance and it has made to visible create button with different functionality. Kindly check with your installed apps in Jira instance and have a look at the features of that.
