Copy forms from service project to software project

Hi Team,

Can we copy forms from service project to software project when customer raises ticket and fills the form using jira automation.

You can contact the support team and ask them to enable forms for Jira Software for you. This is not a GA feature at this time. Please see the ticket [JSWCLOUD-26603] Add the JSM Forms to Jira Software - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

Also from my experience, if a form is created on an issue that is in a service project and the issue is moved to a Software project, the form will continue to display and work as it was designed at the time it was added to the issue in case this was where you were trying to go with the question.
