I have a JIRA Service Project that creates "tickets" when emails are received to a specific Google Email address. I am able to see logs for incoming emails, as well as connectivity(successful vs failures).
Is there a way to set up a notification to alert me if connectivity to a Google email fails?
I am also interested in this. We just had an issue with email pulling that lasted for 16 days and we received no alert about it at all. If there is a way to set up a notification, I would like to know. If not, this really should be added!
