Hi,

At the ICT Service Desk we have set up Microsoft Bookings to give people the opportunity to make an appointment themselves, for example to replace their Laptop or Telephone.
Replacing a laptop and smartphone still involves many manual actions. We would like to make this more efficient. Can you help us see what the possibilities are?

For example, is it possible to;

  • An invitation can be sent from a Jira notification to the user with a unique link to MS Bookings so that when the link is clicked the data is immediately known and linked to the appointment.
  • Can Jira follow the MS Bookings appointment so that updates are also made there if, for example, the appointment is rescheduled?
