I got a question.
We have a client who wants to connect his Webshop to a Jira Service Desk to use it as a "Complaint Portal":
But his customers should not know that they are leaving the Webshop.
Is this possible?

I've the administrator rights in JIRA but still not able to see Archived option.

The closest you can get is to proxy Jira such that it runs beneath the domain your web shop (e.g. mydomain.com/shop and mydomain.com/jira )
