Microsoft teams won't connect to Jira Cloud, see screenshot any ideas?

I believe you are using the third-party app Microsoft Teams for Jira to connect your Microsoft teams with Jira. Can you confirm if that's the app you're using?

The error returned to you is just a generic indication that the connection could not be done with your server. Can you provide us with any other errors or details appearing in the development tools of your browser?
