Working in Jira Cloud and also using Confluence Pages for Documentations. Is there a possible app or function within Atlassian to let the Documentation in Confluence be searchable within submitted Jira ticket and be used as attachments to the ticket for making it easy to share and communicate with team or other leaders? For more context, i am an agent within Jira Cloud and would like to use Confluence pages/documentations in my Jira ticket to share with Approvers or share it as internal comments for future agents to use it as feedback.

Hi @Alex Swan welcome to the Community. If you Confluence Database is setup as Knowledge Base for your JSM project, You can use the Knowledge Base functionality in the Details section of your JSM ticket to search for articles and add them to the ticket. You can also copy those links and email them for others to review.
You can create new KB articles from within JSM and edit existing articles as needed.
