Hi,
I was wondering which condition type is better, I would like to validate if the request participant in the ticket is in the right organization/client with an automation before sending a message to slack or another system to notify my team.
What type of condition would allow me to do this, I tried ("issue field condition") but it didn't work
I already have a condition for verifying if the organization match but I want to add another one for the request participant to make sure the email goes to the right person.
Thanks
I would recommend "Advanced Compare Conditions" where you can use smart values to conduct your check.

@Joseph Chung YinI found this smart value {{issue.Request Participants.emailAddress}} and its working
Thanks!
