Como notificar una incidencia a Múltiples usuarios y q estos puedan responder y se actualice en INC?

Mas detalles, leí que si creaba un campo informadores y lo asociaba al mismo esquema de INFORMADOR (Todavía no se como se hace) podía informar de una incidencia a múltiples usuarios. 

Yo necesito que mediante la creación de una INCIDENCIA notificar a múltiples usuarios externos y que estos si responden quede guardado en el flujo dentro de JSM.

Logre realizar esto mediante la automatización pero ese campo que cree con múltiples usuarios solo les llega la actualización de la incidencia y necesito que puedan responder porque por defecto en automatización va a un correo que dice NO-REPLAY.
