Como criar quadro DIRETAMENTE no Projeto.

Boa tarde!

Tenho dois quadros, porém, em um deles aparece um "Quadro", conforme anexo.

São dois projetos diferentes. No exemplo 1, não há quadro nem a configuração padrão do Jira. As colunas (Itens pendentes, Em andamento, Itens concluídos) aparecem desordenadas, sem estrutura.

Gostaria de saber como criar esse quadro dentro do projeto, como no exemplo 2.

Quero que o projeto Ex1 fique igual ao projeto Ex2. Sei que, depois disso, posso configurar as colunas como desejar, mas, antes, preciso ativar essa configuração do quadro no próprio projeto.

I have two boards, but in one of them, a "Board" appears, as shown in the attachment.

These are two different projects. In Example 1, there is no board or the default Jira configuration. The columns (Backlog, In Progress, Done) appear unordered, without structure.

I would like to know how to create this board within the project, as in Example 2.

I want Project 1 to look the same as Project 2. I know that after this, I can configure the columns as I wish, but first, I need to enable this board configuration within the project.

No primeiro projeto navegue até Configurações do Projeto > Recursos.

Habilite o recurso Visualizações.

 

Clique no botão Selecionar visualizações e certifique-se de que o Quadro esteja habilitado.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Both of the images you have shown are for Service Management projects.

In the first project navigate to Project Settings > Features.

Enable the Views feature.

Click on the Select views button and make sure that Board is enabled.
