We want to be able to communicate separately in an issue with an external service provider.
The reason is that the messages end up directly in the issue and can be viewed by the team.
However, the customer should not be able to view this communication exchange.
The external service provider receives our requests via e-mails.
Is something like this possible in JSM? What would be the best way to implement this?
