Collecting customer satisfaction (CSAT) feedback

Hi!

I have a question related to CSAT:

It is collected from Reporter & Customers involved (no other options, unfortunately) - who are these "customers"? I tested and JIRA is not asking feedback from users in "Request participants".

We have the need to ask feedback from multiple users, not only Reporter.  Can I set it up to ask from users in custom field? How to achieve that or no options by default?

Hi @Kaur Joakit 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect multiple feedback in Jira Service Management.  There is only one response matched to a request. Also satisfaction report is taken in this way.

Do You know if any plugin support multiple feedback regarding specific ticket?

I haven't tried it. Maybe you can check the doc or contact to Vendor.
