Coding for approvalID

Hi,

I'm experimenting with using the "send an email with the following parameters" post function rather than configuring approvals to a workflow as this gives more freedom in formatting email notifications. I am having trouble finding how to pull the approvalID as this is not an available field for insertion.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
