Hi,
I created a new Service Desk Project by cloning the project. The clone did not create the People.
I need to share the same "Service Desk Customer" (500 of them) with this project. Is there a way to copy or share them ?
The only way I know is to manually add them.

In our env, all of the customers are added into a Jira internal group once they are added (i.e. access the portal UI or via email to our JSD project for issue creation). We then can reuse the internal group in assigning it to the Service Desk Customers role for different JSM projects.
