When I respond to a service desk ticket and want to add a Knowledge Base article, I have the option to create a new article using the How-To or Troubleshooting template. After I write the new article and I'm ready to publish it, I have the option to set the page location. I want to put new articles under either "How-to articles" or "Troubleshooting articles" but neither of those choices are available in the drop down list (see screenshots). Why don't I see them?
