We currently pay for checklist add-in and confident its not used to its full potential.
we are thinking of stopping the subscription.
Question is what occurs with the current tickets with checklist?
if it's issue checklist pro, I believe there is a free version it might just downgrade to, but like Joseph said it's best to reach out to the vendor directly.

The best way to determine the impact is for you to contact the third party vendor directly to obtain their technical assistance if the add-on is no longer valid again the existing issues.
