Changing customer view of raised request
Hi,
Hoping somebody can help with the following -
We use Jira as a ticketing portal for purchasing & would like the delivery date visible to the customer within the right hand side of this request, alongside 'Shared With' etc.
The delivery date is filled out on the issue side & would like this field to then be displayed back to the user who has requested. Is this even possible?
