Changing customer view of raised request

Hi,

Hoping somebody can help with the following -

We use Jira as a ticketing portal for purchasing & would like the delivery date visible to the customer within the right hand side of this request, alongside 'Shared With' etc.

The delivery date is filled out on the issue side & would like this field to then be displayed back to the user who has requested. Is this even possible?

Many Thanks

Hi @Luke Stevinson and welcome to the Community!

That type of customisation is not supported out of the box. There are a couple of marketplace apps available that may let you do this.

Hope this helps!

I thought as much after looking online for a while - Thanks for confirming & will investigate marketplace apps.

Hi @Luke Stevinson ,

As noted, out of the box you can't change the layout of the fields displayed on the JSD portal and at present the default behaviour is to hide the details of any fields included in the original JSD form.

--> You have to add an addon like "https://marketplace.atlassian.com/1219230" to add new fields to Customer Portal .

Regards,

Surya.
