Change the field content of the field "Account" in the main overview

Currently in Jira Service Management 4.21.0 it is not possible to select an issue in the main overview and change the field content of the field "Account". Only when you edit the issue can you change the field content. This is possible for other fields, such as "Priority" or "Update". Is this a bug or is there a workaround or solution?
