Change company within account

I have an account I use with the company I work with. Now I have a client that has its own Jira Bord. I want to have access, but Jira doesn't let me as I am signed up with another company already. I am happy to use any option of the following: 1) How can I switch to new company within existing account or 2) How can I add new company to existing account?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It’s possible to use the same account on different Jira sites. In this case, your client that owns the other Jira must invite you and add you to the groups that give access to Jira. 

Please, reach out to your client and if they are not the site administrator, then they need to contact their site admin to invite you and give you the right permissions to access Jira.
