Change applied to Jira/SLA timezone is not reflected in Issues Queue

Lemonia Vavoulogianni June 25, 2024

We have a Jira Cloud and a JSM project. Initially Jira and Project settings were set erroneously to GMT+0200. After request of the client for changing timezone we had to apply changes to timezone in both Jira System settings and Project Settings -> SLAs -> Calendar settings to  GMT+0100. However we did not see those changes reflected in the value of the columns of SLA.
